SatOne, 1977, born in Venezuela, is an illustrator and artist currently living in Munich.
A graphic designer by trade, he developed a taste for graffiti from a young age and worked on his own style, starting with the classic letter and character patterns, until he found a formal vocabulary that reflects a fascinating midpoint between technocracy and the art of imaginary worlds.
His artwork has an abstract or futuristic appearance, but it is always linked to figurative and organic forms.
The blend between graphic design’s specific elements, illustration and abstraction epitomizes itself in a very characteristic and personal style.
The precision in his stroke is such that sometimes it seems unclear if we are witnessing digital artworks…but since his craft is the result of many diverse inspirations and techniques it is almost impossible to dissect it, as it is much more rich and fulfilling to view it as a whole.
